Your child’s first experience in church is important to us! Our caring nursery staff works hard to provide a loving and safe environment for children to experience the warmth of God’s love while at church. You will have peace of mind in knowing that the workers can contact you quickly through a vibrating, text-meassage pager that you will receive at check-in. It’s never to early to begin the life-long journey of learning about the grace of Jesus and His love for us!
Preschool Sunday School
At 9:15 on Sunday mornings, Preschoolers gather in their Sunday School Classes to learn more about who God is and how He has made Himself known to us. The Bible lessons are reinforced with crafts and activities that are educational and fun!
Preschool Church
For older 3′s through pre-K, a Preschool Church has been designed to further their understanding of how to worship God. Through singing, prayer, Bible stories, and activity – our preschoolers have an important time of worship while their parents are in the worship service.
AWANA Cubbies
AWANA stands for “Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed” and the goal of the AWANA ministry is to build a strong understanding of Christianity at an early age. With games, puppets, crafts, and awards – children are encouraged to memorize 55 verses of Scripture in 2 years! Children are in Cubbies the two years prior to beginning kindergarten. It meets on Wednesday nights at 6:30 from September to May.
Joy Choir
Our preschool choir meets during the fall and spring on Sunday nights at 6 PM. With singing and simple instruments, they certainly make a joyful noise unto the Lord while learning familiar children’s songs and traditional hymns. This choir is for older 3s to pre-K.
